YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive and manage the full life-cycle recruitment process
  • Proactively search for candidates through different platforms and channels as well as your own network
  • You make sure that we attract the right talent, and you investigate & problem solve when we do not
  • Develop pipelines for corporate, commercial, product and operations roles
  • Research and implement new ways of attracting candidates
  • Work with 3rd party suppliers to facilitate the hiring process
  • Create and manage job postings and conduct research on the labor market
  • Organize and conduct interviews and provide feedback to the candidates in a timely manner
  • Effectively, use the ATS system to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery
  • Attend job fairs and other recruiting events 
  • Provide regular recruitment reports and statistics as requested
  • Participate in strategic meetings with the rest of the HR team and show reports of recruitment efforts

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in English is required
  • 3+ years of experience in the full recruitment cycle as an in-house / non-tech recruiter
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers with a strong stakeholder management experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to assess candidates' qualifications and for specific roles
  • Experience in iGaming industry will be a plus
  • Motivated team player with a collaborative mind-set
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workloads and manage multiple relationships
  • Pro-active approach, able to adapt to ambiguity
