YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from the Compliance team;
  • Design and develop BI solutions (PowerBI and Paginated reports);
  • Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure accurate data integration;
  • Ensure data is consistent and provided results meet business requirements;
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for BI solutions;
  • Develop and oversee the creation of new reports to meet compliance needs;
  • Populate, review and validate compliance reports before submission to regulatory authorities;
  • Provide internal consultancy on matters related to compliance analytics;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements depending on the scope of the assigned projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of proven experience with BI Developer;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Power BI and DAX;
  • Proficiency in SQL and data warehouse concepts;
  • Ability to merge business and technical requirements;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex regulations to diverse audiences;
  • Independent and proactive approach to handling regulatory issues and reporting.
