YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assessment and review of customer activity, based on different reports, alerts and escalations.
  • Being a point of contact for safer gambling queries from other teams.
  • Actively reviewing and ensuring timely follow-up on all pending escalations in the Customer Protection Team’s incident queue.
  • Working in close cooperation with other teams in different aspects of the account-handling.
  • Highlighting and escalating issues identified as areas of concern with regards to safer gambling, affordability, and other sensitive topics.
  • Proactively communicating with customers over email, chat, and phone to conduct safer gambling interactions and/or request information/ documentation.
  • Undertaking additional duties as delegated by the line manager, contingent on workload and business requirements.
  • Working on shifts, based on a 24/7 schedule, compliant with the Bulgarian legislation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel)
  • Analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility and multitasking
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and develop
  • Gaming industry experience will be considered a strong advantage.
