RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of local regulations and technical standards relevant to the project scope
- Proven ability to conduct thorough and detailed research to support auditing activities
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce compliance risks
- Develop and implement audit plans and programs to ensure thorough coverage of key operational areas
- Conduct independent audits on different aspects of the systems and the operation
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management, providing actionable insights for decision-making
- Ensure proper record-keeping of the findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with external auditors and 3rd parties, whenever required
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive matters and information
- Adhere to industry standards, best practices and company culture
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Regulatory Compliance
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex gaming regulations and internal controls
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Internal audit certifications or an equivalent practical experience would be considered a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
