We are looking for a Revenue Field Operations Manager for International Sales to join our Global Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Vice Presidents and Regional Vice Presidents to support the forecast and deal desk process and the success of the sales team. This person should have experience building sales forecast models, plans and analyzing large and complex data sets as well as review and analyze sales-related activities such as the pipeline, bookings forecast, sales productivity and goal attainment in addition to deal desk activities such as quotes and proposals. Drive process improvement and share best practices with other teams.

This position will report to the VP, Global Revenue Operations. This role will be based remotely in one of the EMEA countries listed in the location section. 

Day in the Life

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and revenue operations lead to sales leaders
  • Develop, track and manage the forecast process, performance analysis, metrics/KPIs to drive forecast accuracy
  • Partner with Sales organization leadership to define, refine, and maintain sales territories and account assignments
  • Monitor and review the Salesforce funnel and pipeline metrics weekly to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Own sales analytics data gathering, reporting, and improvements
  • Implement best-practices and standardization of sales processes leveraging efficiency and scalability
  • Ensure alignment of Sales team with overall corporate objectives, cadence and priorities
  • Define programs and processes that promote new logo,  up-sell, cross-sell in partnership with Sales, Marketing & CX
  • Help prepare the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and Quarterly Sales Reviews (QSR) 
  • Lead and assist with overall Revenue Operations projects working closely with Cross-functional team 
  • Ensure Tools and Systems align with internal sales processes and create training documentation to support 
  • Manage the day-to-day quote and pricing approvals processes, ensuring compliance with the latest approval guidelines; maintaining an agreed upon SLA on deal turnaround times and ensure deals are structured and processed efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Monitor and manage contracts status (termination, execution, amendment, renewal, and true ups) and communicate with internal stakeholders on the progress, work to resolve issues and discrepancies.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales operations, financial analysis role
  • 2+ years of experience building and/or leading a team within sales operations
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to create a trusting relationship with business partners, collaborative

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Degreed is a remote-first company, however our roles are open to in-office or flex work if you live in a city with a physical office location (when it is safe to return to the office). This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our US and International colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), email, and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity machinery as necessary.  Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, and must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.
