HR Systems Administrator 

Role

  • Connects disparate (HR and other critical business systems) together
  • Transacts the building of automation between systems based on business requirements
  • Addressees HR and employee issues due to broken technology (on-site resident expert)
  • Builds and develops reports/dashboards to support business needs

Job Description

  • Hands-on skilled HRIS and data expert with experience in ADP WorkforceNow (required) to partner with our HR organization focused on ongoing HR systems configuration, functionality, process improvement, efficiencies, reporting/metrics, and analytics.
  • Builds workflows and transaction processes to streamline manual and duplicative data entry.
  • Serve as the ADP subject matter expert responsible for maintenance and/or set-up of business processes and system configuration
  • Updates, modifies and builds connections between the HR transaction dashboard and HRIS
  • Develop customized reports based on business user specifications to meet organizational and client requirements.
  • Development and data gathering/reporting relating to metrics, compliance, and other projects as needed.
  • This position will lead integrations between HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other related internal systems and drive or support multidisciplinary projects to meet business needs.
  • Support business owners to build enhancements to optimize system functionality and effectiveness, including impact(s) to other related processes and systems.
  • Makes recommendations to improve system-related integrations and functionality to support global business operations
  • Ensure smooth ongoing functionality of third-party systems integrations (such as ADP, ATS, Comp Planning, Benefits, Active Directory, and intranet.
  • Identify, test, and resolve system or process issues, in collaboration with our IT or other support organizations, when needed.
  • Collaborate with other functional departments to understand, research, and support business needs, as needed and assigned.
  • Experience:  5+ years of HCM configuration experience required.
  • Advanced ADP WorkforceNow experience and advanced Excel proficiency.
