Definitive Healthcare is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our People team. In this role, you’ll partner directly with the executive leadership of our Product & Engineering teams to serve as their trusted advisor to understand their business goals, capability gaps, org design needs, etc. and partner together to develop and execute a talent strategy to support these objectives.   

 You will also be part of the People Leadership Team and help develop the programs and processes that will contribute to DH’s continued growth and success. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong business acumen and a passion for driving impactful change. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to our Sales Teams, understanding their business and strategic goals and developing people solutions to support their vision and objectives.  
  • Talent Strategy: Partner with the Talent CoE on the talent strategies and processes to support the growth and development of talent and then work with business leads to embed these processes into everyday work  
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and key HR metrics to influence people priorities and strategic decisions and to measure team performance and the effectiveness of talent programs and initiatives. 
  • Organizational Development: Conduct periodic reviews, in partnership with leadership, to identify opportunities for organizational changes that will drive improvement in efficiency, agility, and innovation. 
  • Change Management: Partner with the business to lead change initiatives that drive adoption, minimize disruption, and achieve change objectives. 
  • Leadership Coaching:  Provide coaching and development support to leaders to enhance their effectiveness and to enable them to build high performing teams. 
  • Team Member Engagement: Drive initiatives that foster a positive and engagement work environment in alignment with company-wide engagement efforts and company values. 
  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B): Identify DEI&B opportunities that cultivate an inclusive culture and that helps to attract, develop, and retain great talent. 
  • People Team Leadership: Collaborate with People team including the CoEs and the Employee Relations Team to develop the programs, processes, and policies that will drive DH’s growth and Great Place to Work culture. 

Qualifications: 

  • 8+ years’ experience in a HRBP role, with a focus on growing and / or evolving teams. 
  • Must have experience working and supporting SaaS Product & Engineering teams
  • Proactive problem-solving, using data to inform / influence decision making  
  • Conducting data analysis and developing actionable insights 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders 
  • Knowledge and experience applying HR principles in organizational design and development, talent development, and change management.
