We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst with a passion for process optimization and collaborative problem-solving to join our team. This role will focus on enhancing sales processes, improving cross-functional alignment, and delivering data-driven insights to empower our sales teams. You will serve as the source of truth for sales processes, ensuring they are efficient, well-documented, and aligned with broader business goals. A key aspect of this role will involve close coordination with the Enterprise Applications Team—technical administrators and developers of our sales tech stack (which includes applications such as Salesforce (SFDC), Gong.io, SalesLoft, SalesNavigator, etc.)—to design and implement effective solutions. 

This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with expertise in Salesforce and process design best practices, and experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Process Improvement: Analyze, optimize, and document sales and revenue processes to improve efficiency and alignment with business objectives. 
  • Process Ownership: Act as the source of truth for sales processes, ensuring they are up-to-date, scalable, and well-communicated.  
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, value delivery, enterprise applications, marketing operations, sales enablement, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes across the organization. 
  • Operationalizing Sales Strategy: Translate sales strategies into actionable, repeatable processes that drive results. 
  • Data Management & Mapping: Ensure accurate, timely delivery of relevant data to the right teams to support decision-making and forecasting. 
  • Collaboration with Enterprise Applications Team: Work closely with technical admins and developers of the sales tech stack to ensure process requirements are effectively translated into system configurations. Provide clear, well-documented process flow diagrams and collaborate on implementation plans. 
  • Technical Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with business systems analysts and admins to ensure technical solutions align with process improvements and business goals. 
  • Sales Enablement Collaboration: Work closely with the sales enablement team to train teams on new processes and ensure smooth adoption. 
  • Technology Expertise: Leverage Salesforce and other sales tech tools to implement best practices, maintain data integrity, and improve system efficiencies. 
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the sales team and sales leaders, providing solutions that enhance productivity and effectiveness. 

Requirements: 

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field, with a focus on process improvement and cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Process Expertise: Demonstrated success in process design, mapping, and optimization, with a focus on scalability and efficiency. 
  • Coordination Skills: Proven experience working with technical teams, including business systems analysts, Salesforce admins, and developers, to deliver aligned solutions. 
  • Process Documentation: Ability to create clear, detailed process flow diagrams for technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Data-Driven: Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data to inform decisions and process improvements. 
  • Collaboration: Proven experience working effectively with diverse teams, including marketing, delivery, finance, and sales. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and persuasively. 
  • Training & Enablement: Experience in developing and delivering training materials to ensure team alignment and adoption of new processes. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and familiarity with other best in breed sales technologies (e.g., sales intelligence, sales and marketing automation, analytics tools).  
  • Soft Skills: Friendly, approachable, and easy to work with, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with change management principles and techniques. 
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). 
  • Experience with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
