Client Engagement – Air Force
The Air Force Client Engagement Deputy Director will be on site (Scott AFB) 50% of the time and remote the remainder or time.
As the Air Force Client Engagement Deputy Director , you will pull from your operational experience and history at Air Mobility Command, 618th Air Operations Center and US Transportation Command to communicate with and understand the client’s needs with respect to new capabilities and features in our modeling, simulation and analytics environment. You will communicate those client requests to our Product, Analytics and Engineering teams for action and prioritization. Additionally, you will report to the Director of Air Force Client Engagement and work with the client and contracting to define requirements, track and respond to contracting actions with Scott AFB clients.
A strong candidate for both positions will have AMC/A35, 618 AOC/ALD and/or TRANSCOM J3. Experience in PACAF or USAFE A35 or AOC functions is also valuable.
Core Skills (Required):
The Deputy Director should be a former SNCO, FGO with HQ-level program management experience. Information Technology (IT) program management highly valued, as is requirements generation and tracking experience.
Responsibilities:
- Daily, work with client to shape and frame future requirements and communicate those to DEFCON AI Product, Analytics and Engineering.
- Weekly, meet with client program management to ensure support is in place and DEFCON AI is responsive to needs.
- Monthly, provide program management reports to government and company leadership.
- Semi-annually, support client exercise, wargame or operational needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active SECRET clearance required. TS/SCI desired.
