What you’ll do

As a Scribe Implementation Specialist, you will produce high-quality, detailed medical notes based on established standards within the medical industry. You will gain valuable industry experience in a flexible, remote environment!  You are responsible for launching new specialists and healthcare providers.  The virtual scribing environment is stable and promotes steady, methodical work output so that patient charts can be turned back to medical providers on time and error-free.

Your impact

  • As an experienced Medical Scribe, we seek to develop technical experts who can deliver quality work on a consistent basis, and offer in-house training and professional development opportunities
  • Provide 1:1 training- tailored to fit scribe development 
  • Work back with cohorts of 5-10 to develop scribe capabilities 
  • You are accountable to operate across all facets of a scribe (labeling, translation, and confirmation) with + medical understanding 
  • You will launch new providers with the DeepScribe platform  
  • You will serve as the glue with our Scribe Community and Product Operations team to define product & service offering improvements 

About You

  • > 2 years of Medical Scribing experience in an outpatient setting, virtually preferred 
  • Health Sciences degree with strong fundamentals in biology or medically-related discipline EMT, LVN, RN preferred
  • Thrive in an independent work environment
  • Detail-oriented, leave nothing to chance
  • Achieve goals consistently and efficiently
  • Hold yourself accountable for work completed
