What you’ll do

This is an opportunity where you’ll be expected to both roll up your sleeves while also having the opportunity to think strategically and impact the broader business through processes and best practices implementation. We’re looking for someone who is willing to do the work of an individual contributor who is also interested in stretching professionally into a more strategic role. 

Your impact

  • You’ll be a strategic and opinionated partner who will influence the overall strategy of DeepScribe
  • You’ll build and own our strategic financial planning and analysis processes, looking at both annual and long term projections to guide decisions regarding the financial health of the company
  • Build pitch decks and detailed financial plans to present to the board of directors and investors at future funding rounds
  • Through strategy and data analysis you’ll partner with business units to develop a compensation strategy that fit career ladders, incentive employees, and allows for sustainable career growth for both the company and employees
  • You’ll build and own metrics reporting, variance reviews, benchmarking, and various other insights for the entire organization

About You

  • You have an FP&A background in investment banking, venture capital, consulting, the technology industry, or similar experience
  • You’re finance minded with an operational focus who likes to drive process through analysis
  • Data is at the center of how you think about everything related to business
  • You’re able to thrive in ambiguity and enjoy bringing process to a fast-paced and unstructured environment
  • You’re a partner who can build strong business relationships across organizations and can influence and advocate for best practices while managing stakeholder relationships
