ABOUT THIS ROLE:
The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in visually conveying ideas and designs for digital media, including brochures, websites, social media graphics, and more. Their responsibilities begin with thoroughly understanding project requirements, tasks and concepts, enabling them to translate abstract ideas into tangible visual representations. They utilize various graphic techniques and software to craft drafts, logos, banners and other visuals that align with the project and objectives and brand identity. Furthermore, the Graphic Designer embraces feedback from peers, the manager, and clients to continuously innovate in their work, striving for excellence and pushing the boundaries of visual communication.


Main Responsibilities:
● Develop designs for digital media, including brochures, websites, social media graphics, and more.
● Assist in the creation of designs that are visually appealing and effective in communicating information to our clients’ target audiences.
● Modify and revise existing designs to meet client needs or improve design quality.
● Understand visual elements (layout, type, and fonts) to formulate designs that align with the branding and marketing objectives of our customers (dealerships).
● Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as SEM, OEM, Sales, and Web Support.
● Cultivate a deep understanding of OEM Brand Guidelines and ensure adherence to each brands design requirements for all website and digital advertising visuals.
● Research and stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices to ensure that designs are innovative and effective.

● Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and GSuite
● Dependability: Reliable and punctual when fulfilling job responsibilities
● Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality work
● Strong Work Ethic: Committed to putting in the effort required to achieve results

EXPERIENCE: 
● Language proficiency in both French and English is a must
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in Graphic Design is preferred
● Demonstrated creative ability and artistic talent through a portfolio of work is preferred

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position which is not inclusive of bonuses, benefits or other forms of compensation that the position may be eligible for. If you are hired at Cars Commerce, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills and/or experience. If the salary range is close to what you're seeking, then we encourage you to apply and learn more about the total compensation package for this position.
