About the Role:

This leadership role will be responsible for Dealer Inspire’s OEM business, client relationships, partner relationships, business development, program performance, team management and development and Dealer Inspire’s growth and expansion of our OEM portfolio.  This individual will be the market facing representative of Dealer Inspire’s OEM business with full accountability of performance and charting the strategy of our next phase of growth and operational excellence building upon a decade of rapid growth, expansion and performance in the U.S. and Canada. 

This role will lead the OEM business through setting our OEM strategy in partnership with the CARS leadership team and seeing through the execution of the strategy and the performance of our portfolio programs.  This individual will leverage their expertise and experience to improve the performance of our programs, develop the relationships with our clients and partners and evolve the performance of our team.

Responsibilities for the Sr. Director OEM Programs will include working across various departments; Operations, Technology, Client Services, DigAd, Analytics and any other team needed to ensure the best service for our clients.

Functions of the Role:

  • Refine and define the OEM strategy for Dealer Inspire
  • Build relationships with clients and partners to advance the performance of Dealer Inspire OEM programs
  • Lead, coach and develop talent across the OEM team including Directors and Senior Managers as well as program managers to elevate the performance of the team and the program versus competitive landscape 
  • Set metrics and measurements for each OEM client and partner on the attainment of those defined goals
  • Developing client strategies to improve program performance and ensure execution of the strategy with team members
  • Stay on top of trends in digital, continue growth/knowledge to bring fresh strategies to team, clients and partners
  • Effectively partner and collaborate with internal teams to ensure solid execution of OEM client and partner needs including deadlines, requirements and performance
  • Improve operational execution and processes across OEM team through continuous improvements and technology integrations
  • Grow OEM revenue and financial performance of programs through creative initiatives and operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate with CARS OEM teams
