About the Role:

No matter when a FUEL:IMV Video Editor hears the word “timeline”, for a moment they see edit decisions.

While there are many roles inside the FUEL:IMV video production team, there is no one more essential to the success of the video department than the Video Editor. While others may guide and direct, it is the Video Editor who is ultimately responsible for taking the jumble of client call notes, voiceover files, scripts, art files, motion templates, and running footage and single-handedly transforming it into a complete and compelling story — all in a matter of hours. Under the direction of the Post-Production Supervisor and in collaboration with FUEL:IMV producers, they use their expertise in motion design, editing, and sound design to leap over production challenges with a keen attention to detail and create the broadcast advertisements our automotive customers need on-time, every time.
