About the Role:

Dealer Inspire is seeking a Strategist that will be responsible for identifying, creating and assisting in closing upsell opportunities for current and prospective new clients within the Major Accounts Group (MAG).

Position Mission Statement 

Responsibilities include participating on monthly performance review (MPR) calls, conducting SEO/Dig Ad audits, identifying product adoption GAP analysis across the portfolio, and prospecting new dealership opportunities within partially adopted MAG dealer groups and non-DI clients.  In addition, the Strategist will assist with proposal and RFP generation, pipeline management, and  inbound lead handling which includes responding to and qualifying new inbound leads, chats and webinar hand raiser opportunities from the Dealer Inspire website and assigning them to the appropriate Regional Sales Executive (RSE).

Candidate should be proficient and comfortable in conducting product demonstrations for all DI product and software solutions and in leading strategic discussions regarding Media and Services offerings, i.e., SEO, SEM, and Managed Services.

Minimal travel may be required on a quarterly basis.

Goals to Achieve / Outcomes for Success:

  • Approx. $10K-$15K New and Upsell MRR per month within MAG.

The responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifying Strategic Upsell and Growth opportunities within MAG.
  • Prospecting new partial Dealer clients with MAG.
  • Collaborating with internal client services teams to identify partial client upsell opportunities.
  • Daily activities including but not limited to outbound client prospecting, product demonstrations, internal team meetings/reviews, SF documentation.

The ideal Candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess deep knowledge and experience with DI products and solutions.
  • Superior presentation skills, both in person and via Zoom/Webinar.
  • Detail oriented written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience within the Digital Automotive industry
