Job Description:

We are looking for an Associate Trainer to work with our team on organizational tasks, data upkeep, and creating digital training content. The role requires someone who can jump in as needed while working remotely, as well as someone who can collaborate easily and effectively with our team and other teams within the organization. This role will work closely with several internal departments, including Solution Engineering, Performance Management, and Product Management. We are looking for an individual who can find creative solutions and generate industry-leading content for our virtual training resources. 

Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will work with a small team of professionals as you manage internal processes and communicate with clients. We are looking for someone who can work within a growing organization to promote training as a means to elevate knowledge for internal and external stakeholders.

More specifically you will:

  • Manage and create training records
  • Communicate training needs and online resources
  • Perform organizational tasks and audits
  • Manage and update internal process documentation
  • Become a Product Delegate
  • Create content for our virtual training solutions
  • Support the other trainers in their daily responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills 
  • Critical thinking and decision making
  • Creativity and problem solving
  • Experience editing video and images
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, education, or related field

Added Bonus:

  • Knowledge of SalesForce, G-Suite, and video editing software
