About the role:

The Associate Program Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and management of Dealer Inspire’s OEM Program Portfolio.  This individual should have a strong focus on attention to detail, organization, and communication both internally and externally.  The APM will work closely with experienced Program Managers and the OEM leadership team on the execution of tasks varying in scope per program and focus to streamline projects and execution with internal teams. 

A successful Associate Program Manager requires excellent communication and analytical skills, the ability to pivot and prioritize work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build trust relationships with Program Management team and Clients through efficient and accurate performance of duties as outlined

  • Maintain enrollment and cancellation records for OEM Programs and supply ad hoc reporting

  • Prepare and maintain billing on Website, Digital Advertising, Chat and additional products monthly in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Update and maintain client Reporting on Website, Digital Advertising, Chat and any additional upcoming products

  • Enterprise performance reporting compilation and delivery

  • Website Launch Tracking and reporting

  • Perform website audits for consistency identify and articulate opportunity for improvement.

  • Participate in monthly and quarterly program audits related to billing, enrollments, performance.

  • Collaborate with various internal departments to complete assigned activities

  • Maintain cross functional program matrix documentation

  • Responsible for ensuring processes are followed and deadlines are met based on established policies.

  • Follow up on tickets and to do’s to make sure teams can complete their tasks in a timely manner.

  • Other tasks as assigned

Required Skills

  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills

  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing including social media, SEO, SEM, and analytics

  • Must be very organized, punctual, and detail-oriented

  • Fast learner & interested in new technologies

  • 1+ Years of experience in same or similar discipline 

  • Automotive marketing experience a plus
