Senior Software Product Manager
As a Senior Software Product Manager at Bezos Academy, you will help more parents and caregivers create moments that matter by inventing solutions for early childhood education. You will join a founding team that is inventing scalable solutions to challenges in early childhood development. You are a hands-on, impact-driven product leader adept at collaborating with engineers and designers to solve customer problems. Your work will combine digital experiences for caregivers with analog activities for children. With a passion for product management and a thirst for impact, you will expand access to early childhood development programs for families of all kinds.
You have a track record of building first-generation products and experiences that customers love. You work resourcefully across platforms and systems, using technology for impact despite constraints on time and resources. You have a customer-first mindset, working from a basis of insight and imparting this knowledge on others. You are adept at defining problems, resolving ambiguity, and iterating your way to success. You know exceptional software products when you see them and you instill this passion in others.
You will find yourself in a fast-paced, start-up environment where you will focus on inventing, measuring, and iterating for children. You are equally motivated by great products and great impact, deeply inspired by our mission to invent solutions for early childhood education in under-resourced communities.
