Due to continued growth, we have opened two brand new Channel Sales Executive roles! We are looking for an emerging (2+ year's sales closing experience) and an accomplished (4+ year's sales closing experience, preferably within a channel/partner model) to join our ANZ sales team.

A Look Inside The Job!

  • Develop and own the long-term strategy for IT partners in your book of business, focused on sales planning, execution, and business development
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, success and support teams to execute sales strategy and keep ahead of product enhancements and new releases
  • Opportunity to cross and up-sell across Datto's entire multi-product suite, leveraging the support of product and pre sales specialists
  • Uncapped earning potential - market leading commissions
  • Become a trusted business consultant
  • Close deals within your patch (90-100 partners) at or above quota by segmenting partners and building a channel pipeline
  • Successfully onboard new partners, conduct strategic discovery calls and identify business goals, challenges and gaps
  • Represent Datto at industry events, roadshows and demonstrations

What will you bring?

  • Proven experience with consultative selling (business development, account management, account executive experience)
  • Exceptional communication -- you take pride in your ability to listen and communicate with business owners, technical leads, execs etc
  • The ability to operate within a high volume yet consultative sales environment with a diligent focus on enhancing your sales processes
  • Software & Cyber Savvy -- you have a passion for the SaaS industry and solving real world problems with cutting edge tech
  • Excellent forecasting and pipeline management
  • Relationship focussed -- you have deep interpersonal skills and the ability to know when to push and when to nurture
  • Ambition, commitment and a good sense of humour
  • A natural curiosity with sincere empathy, an ability to ask questions and understand and overcome partner challenges
