A Look Inside the Job:
Work with IT and other functional teams to identify go to market (GTM) system, tool, and application inefficiencies, assist in defining the solution, and oversight of the implementation.
Assist in prioritizing the GTM open items for the IT working council
Represent GTM in IT working council scheduling meetings and planning sessions
Oversee new product introduction (NPI) user acceptance testing for impact on GTM systems and processes
Represent GTM for NPI introduction to align expected selling motion will meet anticipated KPIs
Identify gaps between selling processes and tool/application configuration.
Lead, facilitate and influence process improvement initiatives in order to feed, develop and grow the business
Proactively seek and action feedback from internal stakeholders on the end-to-end process improvements
Ensures end-to-end process maps/documents are established and maintained to align with process changes and support delivery execution
Audit and monitor, benchmarks and provides scorecard reports on tool/application improvement delivery
Experience in influencing, driving, and delivery of CRM, CPQ, or PRM initiatives
Experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations.
A proven track record of supporting GTM transformation projects in high-tech companies
Adept at looking cross-functionally, weighing competing ideas and priorities to create solutions to drive the business forward
Understands and seeks out knowledge of the business
Listens and communicates effectively; encourages others to share their views, seeking out diversity of thought
