A Look Inside the Job:

  • Build and own Distribution marketing plan for Rest of Europe business
  • Collaborate with multiple European Distributors to design and run distribution marketing programmes that drive the business and sales targets
  • Manage Market Development Funding (MDF) across all Regional Distributors maximising RoI and tracking campaign effectiveness
  • Serve as a marketing business partner for in-field Distribution development teams
  • Education of GTM teams with market trends and insight for Rest of Europe and Distribution business models and frameworks
  • Develop and manage key relationships within our focus Distributors
  • Drive Datto mindshare within our Distributors using PR, Content and thought leadership programmes to drive Distribution BD/Sales teams
  • Measure and improve marketing's performance for Rest of Europe aligned to key KPI’s, reporting into the Marketing Director, EMEA
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to support omni-channel execution initiatives in Rest of Europe
  • Be a collaborative partner for all Distribution to ensure world class customer experience is delivered

About You:

  • 10 years Distribution Marketing management & execution experience in EMEA
  • Fluent in English and either French, Italian or Spanish
  • Educated to degree (or similar) level qualification in Marketing or related subject
  • Experienced MDF Budget Management and tracking
  • Technology marketing background with understanding of the IT channel and Distribution landscape
  • Experience partnering with internal sales teams
  • Experience collaborating with internal functional teams
  • Excellent communication, networking, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Great organisational skills and time management
