Datavant is growing fast.  Really fast.  As we ramp up, the Marketing and Partnerships teams work together to drive all new leads, whether through sophisticated outbound campaigns or by ensuring that inbound leads receive concierge treatment from the moment they first reach out.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are excited to be the first point of contact for potential customers.  You’re ready to develop deep product knowledge, learn customers’ needs in detail, and offer customers an awesome first impression of Datavant.  But above all, you are tenacious. Whatever the task, you stick with it, and you won’t rest until customers are as excited about Datavant as you are.

By joining Datavant today, you’re stepping onto a team that is going to transform the way that healthcare is delivered.  You’re also stepping onto a team that is smart, nice and get things done. As a member of that team, you bring raw horsepower to the role; you’re ambitious but low ego; a team player who is focused on results and continuous improvement.

You’re joining Datavant not because you want a job, but because you want to build a company that is going to reshape an industry.  From your first day at Datavant, you are a co-owner and your success is the company’s success.
