We are looking a Solutions Engineer to join our team, who will play a pivotal role in assisting new and existing clients with their technical integration needs. Responsibilities include advising client-facing teams on technical details, writing and providing code samples to client dev teams, and developing custom integrations that will allow client CMS systems to receive Data Skrive content. The ideal candidate has strong coding skills and also experience working with external teams to meet shared goals. This role demands strong problem-solving skills and someone who can realistically scope projects and deliver on time.
Responsibilities:
- Assists newly signed clients
- Advising client technical teams on feed details and consumption
- Providing client developers with code samples to give them a quick start to integration
- Developing custom integrations between Data Skrive and client CMS systems
- Developing prototypes of potential new features
- Assists existing clients
- Provide client developers with guidance and troubleshooting of integration issues
- Troubleshoot issues with Data Skrive- or partner-developed integrations
- Implementing standard client integration documentation and components
- Prepared guidance
- Code samples
- Standard integrations for common CMS systems
Qualifications:

- Strong coding skills and ability to work with multiple languages and frameworks (e.g. Javascript, WP, Node.js, Python, C#, Java)
- Strong ownership of the end-to-end solution - someone who will take responsibility for making an integration work, able to successfully work with client and partner engineers independently
- Ability to create working demos quickly
- Strong collaboration skills (this role will work across multiple groups within the company including client technical teams, solution engineers, partner engineers, product managers and customer success)
- Can explain technical integration aspects clearly to technical audiences of varying levels
- Works well with other in-house and partner engineers
- Build, maintain and troubleshoot client integrations
This role will interact with clients within a large geographic area, qualified applicants should be willing to support multiple time zones as needed. Must be eligible to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
The salary for this role is budgeted between $110K and $150K. The specific salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience. The hired candidate will be eligible for 100% employee paid healthcare benefits, 401K, remote work with a technology stipend, and unlimited PTO. All full-time employees are eligible for additional rewards, such as stock options and any company bonus program that may be offered.
