Dataiku is seeking a talented and driven Product Operations Manager to join our Product Team in France or the United Kingdom. We are looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about the product and business management discipline and understands the value of frameworks and processes. The ideal candidate knows how to optimize these frameworks and processes to deliver maximum value while remaining efficient and lightweight.

As a member of the product operations team, reporting directly to the Director of Product Ops, you will focus on identifying and implementing efficient ways of working for all product stakeholders, including product managers, product marketers, Go to Market team, Revenue operations and others. Your responsibilities will encompass various areas of product operations, most likely pricing strategy oriented, ensuring smooth and effective product delivery.

How you'll make an impact

  • Coordinate and oversee the project management of pricing rollouts in collaboration with product managers, product marketing, finance, sales, revenue operations and enablement teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the pricing delivery and release process by gathering internal feedback, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing streamlined processes and tools.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among product stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional alignment and ensuring clear goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain scalable practices and frameworks that enable efficient and consistent product development across the company.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to product pricing strategy ensuring easy access and knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Support the onboarding and enablement of new product managers, providing guidance on the release process and other essential product practices.

What you need to be successful

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-tech software company, preferably in a B2B context, as a product manager, product ops or pricing analyst.
  • Experience working with a CRM (preferably SFDC)
  • Ability to coordinate the work of 10+ team members with diverse skill sets, including product managers, analysts, marketers, sales etc...
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build relationships and establish credibility in collaborative work environments.
  • Experience in change management within high-tech-oriented environments.
  • Ability to communicate decision points and metrics in an articulate and actionable manner, catering to both technical and non-technical individuals at all levels.
  • Thorough understanding of product management practices, approaches, technologies, and tools.
  • Passion for operational excellence and comfort with experimentation, autonomy, and ambiguity.
  • Knowledge of the data science field is a plus.
