The Opportunity:

Calling all detail-oriented tech enthusiasts!  Our customer success team is seeking a sharp and eager Managed Services Contractor to join our ranks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on accuracy and enjoys tackling projects that require a meticulous eye. As a Managed Services Contractor, you'll gain hands-on experience with keeping businesses’ data privacy programs running smoothly and delivering top-tier services to our clients.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end privacy request fulfillment on behalf of our most strategic customers
  • Identifying and documenting managed services processes to thoroughly capture engagement requirements
  • Contributing to team projects in a collaborative environment, learning from experienced colleagues
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and technologies through ongoing learning opportunities

Please note that the compensation range below is a guideline and final compensation will be based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies.
