The Opportunity:

The DataGrail Chief of Staff is a trusted partner to the CEO and executive team, playing a critical role in helping the team strategize and successfully execute key business goals. The CoS will manage and organize information, decisions, and actions to ensure we are aligned and focused on the right priorities. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to all facets of a rapidly growing company, contributing to the establishment and advancement of a thriving business in a profoundly crucial sector. 


The Skill Set:

  • Trusted Operator: 
    • History of leading the strategy and executing business-critical initiatives.
    • Able to operationalize large concepts into actionable tasks and steps.
    • History of advising business leaders on the strategic roadmap of the business as well as driving alignment around current and ongoing priorities.  
  • Clear communicator: 
    • Able to effectively communicate, influence, and drive alignment. 
    • History of setting the agenda and leading executive meetings.
    • No stranger to creating Board-level presentations and participating in quarterly Board meetings.
  • Strategic Partner to the CEO:
    • Able to strategize, scenario plan, and operate as a trusted partner to the CEO
    • History of advising the CEO and on occasions speaking on behalf of on key projects and with senior leaders.

Within 90 Days You'll:

  • Build relationships with internal and external partners and influencers.
  • Own and create a consistent operating cadence to drive alignment and knowledge-sharing across the organization, including:
    • Company All Hands, monthly leadership meetings with a focus on advancing priorities and collaboration across the organization.
  • Take ownership of OKR management and reporting.

 

Within 180 Days You'll:

  • Partner with the Senior Leadership team to drive business strategy by owning the annual and quarterly planning process.
  • Partner with the CEO to:
    • Accelerate special projects.
    • Manage board/investor relations.
    • Participate in quarterly board meeting.
    • Drive company strategic initiatives and business critical projects

Within 365 Days You'll:

  • Look back at a year of successfully driving alignment across the business.
  • Have streamlined and implemented repeatable and scalable best practices across DataGrail.
  • Have increased productivity by 30% and 100% OKR adoption and alignment across all teams.
  • Participate in building the strategic plan for next year 

 

Please note that the compensation range below is a guideline and final compensation will be based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies.
