About the role
We’re looking for an affiliate and influencer marketing associate to spearhead our affiliate and influencer growth strategy. This role is all about finding new partner opportunities, managing existing partner relationships, optimizing campaigns, and analyzing performance data. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in digital marketing who is detail-oriented and eager to grow their knowledge in affiliate marketing. Reporting directly to the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our product, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure our affiliate program reaches new heights.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners, including onboarding new affiliates and responding to their queries.
- Assist the development and execution of affiliate marketing campaigns to increase brand reach and drive revenue.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics, including traffic, registrations, conversions and overall revenue. Providing regular reports to the team.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Help set up tracking links and maintain accurate reporting models to measure the effectiveness of affiliate and influencer campaigns.
- Assist with commission reversals on a monthly basis.
- Monitor affiliate fraud and contribute to optimizing the incrementality of our affiliate program.
- Collaborate with the design team to create and distribute promotional content and creatives for affiliates.
- Track invoices and ensure timely payments to affiliate partners and influencers.
- Research and identify potential new affiliates and influencers, assisting with the outreach and recruitment to expand the affiliate network - Keeping incrementality as a top priority
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize campaigns and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Some experience or a strong understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing, with a good knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals.
- Good data analysis skills, with the ability to work with spreadsheets or analytics tools to draw insights.
- Good communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn and test new ideas, with a growth mindset.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on helping drive results through affiliate and influencer channels.
- Experience with affiliate networks/platform
- Experience with influencer platforms (Bonus but not required)
