About the Role
The Solutions Engineer reports to the Director of Customer Support and helps to support our customers with integrations that promote DataCamp as a centralized resource for ongoing data fluency education, while also helping with the delivery and support of productized integrations and the DataCamp API. The Solutions Engineer should have a background in enterprise SaaS support, scripting, and API’s, as well as a desire to be client-facing.

Our Ideal Candidate has:
2+ yrs experience in a technical client-facing role
1+ yrs experience with enterprise SaaS
Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, & SaaS
Understanding or openness to learning data science languages like R & Python
Able to learn and apply new concepts independently
Comfortable communicating and supporting customers at a technical level
A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into achievable goals
Interest in familiarity with the data science field and typical data science workflows
A passion for education / e-learning
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Bonus points for, but not required:
Experience with SSO & SAML 2.0
Experience managing or integrating with an LMS or LXP
