About the Role

Dandy is hiring a high energy, process-driven, sales manager to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The Commercial Sales team owns the responsibility of driving revenue growth for the organization. In this role, you’ll lead a team of sellers (AE’s) or (BDR's) guiding and coaching them to ensure the team exceeds the goals set forth by the organization. You would be joining a growing team of highly motivated and professional employees that take pride in representing Dandy and play an integral part in defining our GTM motion. This team continues to outperform and are most excited about the potential of what lies ahead. 

What You'll Do

  • Manage a group of 6-8 Dandy individual sales contributors 
  • Ensure that the team and yourself are positioned to exceed revenue goals 
  • Drive the correct behavior in accordance with the KPIs set forth by leadership
  • Be directly involved with the mentoring and development of the team. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Lead weekly team meetings to outline objectives and guidance on ongoing/upcoming initiatives
    • Holding 1on1 weekly touch bases to ensure team members are always at 110% 
    • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts as well as manage SFDC data to ensure up to date information 
  • Manage escalations and participate directly in all aspects of the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction 

What We're Looking For 

  • 3+ years of quota carrying experience 
  • 2+ years experience in direct management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience in an outbound sales motion/hunter mentality 
  • Understanding of the complete sales cycle (from prospect to close) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Proven record of success in a high velocity/high volume sales environment
  • Proven track record of hiring and training individual contributors 
  • Player coach mentality
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change
  • Analytical: you investigate problems and form your own opinion of what’s going on
  • Customer obsession: the right candidate must be obsessed with always improving the customer experience
  • Always be learning: dentistry is complex, you must be committed to taking the time to continuously educate yourself on OUR industry
  • Be a savage: hitting the goal is never good enough, the goal is only a benchmark that we are always looking to outrun
  • Ownership mentality: be proactive, take charge, and tackle it to make yourself and Dandy a better place for all
