About the Role
Dandy’s Revenue organization is focused on building best-in-class operations by having the deepest understanding of our customers and working collaboratively across the company to continue to raise the bar for our customers.
As an Associate in Revenue Strategy & Planning, you’ll be working on high-impact business challenges and building the infrastructure to scale our organization. You’ll work with our high-performing teams across Onboarding, Customer Experience, and Account Management to develop strategic initiatives, deliver impact and create awesome, scalable solutions for our customers and strategic partners.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain team capacity/planning models, organizational structures, and cross-functional initiatives to increase synergies across the team
- Identify the metrics that define success for our teams and develop the systems and processes to track and report on them
- Take ownership of high-impact projects/programs to deliver on our onboarding and account management goals
- Support the leadership team in organizational planning, strategic planning, and business processes, ensuring alignment with other cross-functional partners and OKRs
- Perform deep analysis on complex business issues to develop operational solutions that scale
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to rollout system improvements and new programs
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in revenue operations roles and/or capacity/planning roles in a startup or high-growth environment
- Track record of success driving strategy and an ability to work through ambiguity
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and operate at a granular level when needed
- Experience using data to analyze performance and drive strategic decision making
- Intellectual curiosity and research abilities
- Proven capabilities in evaluating operational gaps/ weaknesses
