About the Role
Dandy is hiring a Director of Product Management to join our rapidly growing company. You'll take ownership of the core Dandy product, leading product managers in our pursuit to transform the future of dentistry.
What You'll Do
Develop the product vision for our hypergrowth vertical SaaS company
Oversee roadmap development and lead cross-functional EPD teams to realize the vision
Instill a customer-obsessed mindset into the team’s problem solving process and approach
Ship high-impact features that drive step-changes in results and business performance
Recruit and hire top tier product and design talent to continue to accelerate Dandy’s hypergrowth
Transform an antiquated industry through technology!
What We're Looking For
12+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years leading product teams
Ability to problem solve at a variety of different altitudes, understand our business in depth and recognize where challenges and bottlenecks can be addressed through tech
Ability to strategically make trade-offs and create prioritization frameworks that reflect the core values of our business
Ability to leverage data in the decision making process
Demonstrated ability to lead teams to drive business-wide impact
