About the Role

Our dental lab is looking for a senior CAD/CAM designer with meaningful Removables experience to be a key player on our digital design team. In this role, you can expect to design a range of digital cases, develop standard operating procedures for high-quality removables design, and help refine our protocols to produce high quality removable devices that delight doctors and patients.

What You'll Do

  • Design digital removables cases in 3Shape (immediate and copy dentures, new dentures, hybrids and more). 
  • Help our team build out standard operating procedures for best-in-class digital design of removables to help new team members as we continue to grow
  • Communicate directly with doctors on complex removables cases. Provide educational and ongoing support to doctors as appropriate
  • Partner with our Operations and Customer Service teams in order to ensure our dental lab is prepared to successfully introduce digital Removables to our doctors

What We're Looking For 

  • Experienced user of 3Shape Design software required
  • Minimum 7 years experience as a dental laboratory CAD/CAM designer with 4+ years of experience in dentures/hybrids and potentially All on X
  • Proficient in dental anatomy/terminology/morphology
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining superior quality standards for every case
  • Desire to work at a fast growing, fully-digital lab
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent a plus, but not required
  • CDT a plus, but not required

Bonus Points For

  • You have experience milling or printing dentures
  • You’ve built digital design teams before
