Dandy is hiring our first Manager of Customer Experience (CX) to build client services infrastructure as we scale. This person will help run and operate a team encompassing CX, onboarding, IT, and Account Management. The client services team is 10 people today and will scale significantly, as we expect to grow our customer base by about 10x this year.
What You'll Do
Hire and lead a high-performing team to deliver a best in-class experience to our dental practice clients
Identify operational bottlenecks and build scalable solutions that grow our business and marketshare
Leverage a wealth of disparate data sources to drive strategic decision making
Project manage new operational initiatives with stakeholders across the business (executive, operations, product, and IT)
Develop creative ways to surprise and delight our customers
What We're Looking For
3+ years of CX, customer success/ service, or client services work, ideally at a high-growth venture-backed software startup
Track record of success in building new operational processes and an ability to work through ambiguity
Experience leading teams
Experience working as part of a high-performing interconnected operations team
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner when needed
Experience using data to analyze performance and drive strategic decision making
