We’re hiring our first People Operations Associate. This person would work with our Head of People Operations to streamline our end-to-end onboarding process for our rapidly-growing company, as well as build out a continuous learning program for existing employees. This is an outstanding role for an ambitious individual who wants to make an outsize impact at a hypergrowth-stage company.
What You'll Do
Build out the end-to-end onboarding process, with the goal of rapidly bringing new employees up to speed on company culture and processes as well as dentistry knowledge.
Own continuous learning for existing employees around dentistry knowledge and best practices
Own administrative components of the onboarding processes, from creating new employee accounts, organizing compliance paperwork, and more
Become an expert in our employee management software and help to coordinate and manage functions like payroll, benefits, time off, and more, for a growing employee base
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in a high-growth startup environment. HR-specific experience is not required, but an enthusiasm and passion for people is a must!
Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
Experience in teaching and presenting technically complex materials to a group
Desire to explore and implement new onboarding tools to further streamline the recruiting process
Overall track record of professional and academic success
