As we grow out our go-to-market strategy, we’re hiring a proven strategic and tactical leader to develop our Field Sales initiative at Dandy. You will lead and develop our Field Sales team and work closely with the GTM leadership to execute an aggressive growth strategy.
What You’ll Do
Develop geographic territories for placement of field sales representatives
Establish daily routines to optimize a field sales representative activities to exceed goals
Provide daily and tactical management oversight to within the Region to drive all pertinent issues related to sales strategy and goal attainment.
Plan and direct activities including planning and implementing forecasts, relationship development and customer satisfaction.
Establish short-term and long-term goals and quotas in line with corporate objectives.
Work with omni-channel sales teams to develop geographic pod optimization for activities.
Identify needed resources for supporting sales strategy
Identify and qualify important Enterprise sales opportunities at the management level.
Act as coach, mentor and educator to all field sales representatives and ultimately Regional Sales Managers
Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure sales goals are met.
10+ years of experience in B2B sales including 5+ specifically in Field sales
5+ years of sales leadership experience
Experience in B2B high growth tech company environment with a proven track record of success
Excellent written and oral communication skills with staff, colleagues, and third parties
Overall track record of professional and academic success
