As we grow out our go-to-market strategy, we’re hiring a proven strategic and tactical leader to develop our Enterprise Sales initiative at Dandy. You will lead and develop our Enterprise Sales team and work closely with the GTM leadership to execute an aggressive growth strategy.
What You’ll Do
Build relationships with DSOs to generate pipeline and jointly sell to customers in the ecosystem
Manage overall sales process, set and manage to appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
Ensure successful execution of the sales model to meet or exceed bookings and revenue goals in alignment with the company’s core values
Define and improve a sales workflow to achieve repeatable success
Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly bookings and manage a tight pipeline
Oversee the hiring and development of the enterprise sales team
Collaboratively work with other internal organizations, especially marketing, to achieve a common goal – bringing focused and prioritized feedback from the field to help shape strategy and business practices
10+ years of experience in B2B sales including 5+ specifically in Enterprise sales
5+ years of sales leadership experience
Experience in B2B high growth tech company environment with a proven track record of success
Excellent written and oral communication skills with staff, colleagues, and third parties
Overall track record of professional and academic success
