Dandy is looking for our first Executive Assistant to support the Co-Founders. You will handle tasks such as calendar management and scheduling, internal/external communications, and assist with special projects as needed. This is a great role for someone who wants to flex their organizational, people and support skills in a high-growth environment.
What You'll Do
Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, prioritizing inquiries while troubleshooting conflicts, and making recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day
Keeping the Founders on time and ensure that they are well prepared for all meetings
Perform non-administrative ad-hoc projects such as preparing reports and presentations, and gathering insights, research, and information to inform decision making
Light scheduling and coordination of ad hoc personal requests
What We're Looking For
1+ year of Executive support or general administrative experience
Outstanding organizational and task management skills
Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc)
Strong communication skills and a desire to work collaboratively with internal team members
Desire to take on ambiguous tasks and develop scalable solutions
