Job Description

As we grow our go-to-market strategy, we’re hiring our first Marketing Leader to build product marketing and communications infrastructure, craft messaging around our offering, and work closely with the GTM team to execute an aggressive growth strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop the marketing strategy for Dandy that delivers hyper-growth in customer acquisition
  • Develop Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Communications, Field Marketing, and Creative functions
  • Support sales channels of Inbound, Outbound, Field, and Channel
  • Grow, lead and coach a team of high performing marketing professionals
  • Establish goals and measure the performance of all marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies to drive growth and reputation.
  • Develop an effective and efficient marketing operation, with defined workflows, clear roles and accountabilities, and high-quality outputs
  • Develop, report and track Marketing KPIs for the organization
  • Drive the marketing tech stack utilization with best practices and efficient outcomes in conjunction with organizational tech needs

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing in particular digital and growth marketing
  • Experience in B2B high growth tech company environment
  • Understand how to create a world-class marketing organization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with staff, colleagues and third parties
  • Overall track record of professional and academic success
