Job Description
As we build out our go-to-market strategy, we’re adding our first Sales Operations hire to support our growing sales function. This person will build critical infrastructure that drives the next stage of our hypergrowth.
What You'll Do
Build our sales operations architecture from the ground up
Plan and execute a comprehensive overhaul of our existing but limited Salesforce instance
Work closely with our new Head of Revenue to plan our sales infrastructure build out
Create processes and onboarding documentation that will support a growing sales team (BDRs, AEs, and AMs)
Build dashboards and sales intelligence reporting tools that will drive key decision-making
What We're Looking For
3+ years of sales operations experience in high growth SaaS environments
Experience with B2B, SMB, and / or healthcare is highly preferred
Expert level knowledge of Salesforce and exposure to other software tools including Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo
Ability to communicate key sales metrics via dashboards and reports
Scrappy approach to operations and the ability to punch through ambiguity
Overall track record of professional and academic success
