Job Description
Dandy is looking for an Office Manager to support our growing facility needs. You’ll work to run the administration of our physical space, contribute to the employee experience, and collaborate with our in-house IT team. This is a great role for someone who wants to flex their people and organizational skills in a high-growth environment.
What You'll Do
Manage all office activities including our landlord relationship, cleaning + maintenance scheduling, supply ordering, furniture and setup, and utilities (including internet)
Assist our IT team with tasks such as shipping and inventory management
Develop cost effective employee programming to build internal culture
What We're Looking For
0 - 2 years of office management, general administrative, and/or IT experience
Outstanding organizational and task management skills
Experience with Windows 10 Professional
Ability to execute light physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 pounds
Strong communication skills and a desire to work collaboratively with internal team members
Customer service skills and general client-facing ability
Desire to take on ambiguous tasks and develop scalable solutions
