- Lead our smart sales team and be responsible for all sales channels including Direct Sales, Corporate Sales and Offline Promoters. Define and spearhead company-wide growth strategies together with the founders
- Optimise existing sales channels and continuously test new and creative campaigns
- Spearhead the roll-out-strategy of new cities
- Hungry with a high sense of urgency: you don't accept "tomorrow", you make things happen "today"!
- Inspiring leader: proven track record of managing and building growth teams
- Highly analytical & numbers driven: cohorts, attribution, CLTV, CAC etc are what you think about day and night. “If you can’t measure it (or find a proxy), it didn’t happen” is your motto
- Alchemist: you constantly run growth experiments in a highly structured and organised way
- Seasoned sales leader: >5yrs sales responsibility in VC backed consumer startup
