As the Growth Marketing Manager at Cypress, you’ll have the opportunity to build and manage growth programs that optimize conversion and expansion of prospective and existing Cypress customers. In this role, you’ll join our Director, Growth Marketing in collaborating with members of the Product Growth, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Success organizations to accelerate the adoption of the Cypress Dashboard among our users. The projects you work on could vary tremendously—from building web personalization experiments, crafting new triggered email experiences, or creating ABM campaigns to engage prospects for Sales—as long as it helps us improve conversion and/or expansion, it’s on the table!
You’d probably be a good fit for this role if you possess the following:
- Fantastic project management skills: ensuring that the ball is moving forward on the various projects in your purview is critical, especially when working with a cross-functional team. You should feel comfortable bringing together the necessary internal resources to move experiments and initiatives forward.
- Deep knowledge of marketing technologies: you should have ample experience with and understanding of technologies such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Segment, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong data analysis abilities: Persuading others about ideas and initiatives at Cypress always starts with data. You should feel very adept at building and operationalizing models and determining what levers we must pull to achieve goals. SQL, R, and/or Python experience is a big plus.
- A love for bad puns and getting-to-know-you questions: The Cypress Marketing team is a small, tight-knit group of folks that, despite our distributed nature, love working together on fun and interesting projects. We’re a little corny—maybe even a bit quirky—but we think we’re a fun group to be around! If that sounds like your vibe, we’d love to meet.
We are an inclusive employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
