Cybrary is seeking a full-time Course Manager to join our team in College Park. As a Course Manager, you will manage our best-in-class content creators as they design, develop, and deliver curated online courses and technology-enhanced instructional materials for the Cybrary learning platform. The Course Manager will support creator development and the development of learning systems that scale across the Cybrary platform. The role is cross-functional, and you will work across multiple teams to ensure content releases align with internal objectives. This role may require alternative hours as needs arise.

What you will do

    • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to produce best-in-class learning experiences
    • Support and manage our content creators as they create multiple types of online learning modalities including programming, security labs, multiple-choice assessments, and video-based instruction
    • Manage course creation timelines and completion of course deliverables
    • Review course deliverables and provide timely feedback to content creators ensuring the Cybrary production standards are met
    • Consult with subject matter experts to ensure instructional integrity of courses
    • Refine, champion, implement and coach best practices for Cybrary creators
    • Proactively communicate production status, and course creation needs and expectations
    • Coordinate and participate in course development from syllabus creation through course publishing
    • Partner with content creators to ideate the best way to deliver topical educational content

Skills you bring

    • At least 2 years of project or content management experience
    • Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity
    • Exceptional project management and collaboration abilities
    • Proven ability to adapt and learn new procedures and software programs
    • An eye for high-quality content - you know how great content will impact learner experience
    • Strong critical thinking skills - expect to play a major role in building the best process possible for our creators
    • Passion for continuous learning and experimentation, and coaching when necessary
    • Technical content experience in software, security, or data science a plus
