What does a Business Development Representative do at CyberGRX?

As a member of the Sales Development team, you will build a sales pipeline while achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives. You are passionate about building personal relationships and making our prospective customers successful. You thrive with cold outreach, and will expertly articulate the CyberGRX value proposition to further customer interest. This is a unique opportunity to be part of building a new team and channel at CyberGRX.

 

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Establish, develop and grow new business relationships within a defined geography.
  • Understand CyberGRX’s business drivers, challenges & pain points.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and pass leads to Account Executives.
  • Partner with Account Executives to effectively create regional territory plans.
  • Utilize and leverage internal and external technology to identify, develop and manage marketing leads effectively, including sources such as CRM, social media, search engines and press releases.

 

What you bring to the table:

  • Prior experience with business development, lead generation, or cold outreach
  • A general understanding of Information Technology and SaaS offerings
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written skills
  • Ability to build meaningful business relationships with CyberGRX's partners, prospects and internal colleagues
  • A growth mindset, consistently working to improve your skills and adapt in a constantly changing environment
  • Humble confidence, and the ability to differentiate yourself to customers
  • Travel for training and/or meetings may occasionally be required

Annual Base Salary Range: $42,000 - $48,000 (60%)

Annual Variable Potential: $28,000 - $32,000 (40%)
