At Cutover, we’re focused on helping Enterprise teams move quickly with confidence, so we’ve built the world’s first enterprise-wide work orchestration and observability platform that enables seamless human and machine collaboration. We’ve just announced a $35 million Series B financing round led by Eldridge (alongside existing investors Index Ventures, Sussex Place Ventures, and Contour Ventures) and we’re thrilled to be embarking on our next exciting chapters of growth.

We’re scaling our commercial teams in a big way this year, and we’re excited to bring in another talented addition to our Comms team. We’re on the lookout for an experienced individual who's excited to own our internal communications strategy end to end as we scale rapidly through 2022.

What you'll be doing as our Internal Communications Manager ...

  • You’ll take ownership and develop Cutover’s internal communication strategy and plan (both strategic and hands on execution), aiming to increase and maintain high levels of employee engagement, authentic two-way conversations as we scale, and increased talent retention rates.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to partner closely with the Comms team, People Partner team and the Talent Acquisition team on aligning and delivering our employer brand internally by acting as our Internal employer brand advisory.
  • You’ll build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, acting as a sounding board and someone who can roll up their sleeves and help out as part of a broader team.
  • You’re eager to understand your stakeholders internally in order to map out key archetypes of employees and their needs
  • You’re able to leverage and produce communications outputs internally which are produced with our brand and external communications in mind.
  • You’re equally as excited to get your teeth stuck into the product and our mission to be able to translate this into effective employee communications interventions.

What we'd like you to bring to the table...

  • You’ve likely been in an Internal Communications role in a quickly scaling technology business for the past 2-4 years, although we don’t like to set any hard rules on previous tenure so please don’t let these numbers put you off applying if you feel you’re a great fit!
  • You’re experienced in setting internal communications strategies and editorial plans
  • You're a skilled user of much of the modern marketer toolkit and will be able to hit the ground running using platforms such as HubSpot
  • You have strong interpersonal skills; being able to build relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and in writing.

The good stuff…

  • You’ll be given a solid compensation plan, with share options included.
  • You'll have a strong benefits plan: 25 days of PTO (+ bank holidays), a top-tier private health insurance package, a 5% pension contribution, a learning and development allowance, and all the company swag you could ever need.
  • We believe in a flexible, autonomous way of working. We provide work from home stipends, and we have built a trusting environment together: do great work, and build an office+home schedule that suits your scenario.
  • You'll get to learn from some pretty cool people across Cutover's global business - we have an incredibly diverse array of leaders here, and you'll benefit from hundreds(!) of cumulative years of top-tier experience on your doorstep.
  • You’ll be part of an early stage, rapidly scaling Technology Organization with a meritocratic approach: we want to promote and retain our top performers.
  • Safeguarding the mental health of our teams is paramount for us. If you’d like to, then you’ll be able to avail of multiple Cutover mental health initiatives, from fully subsidized therapy sessions, through to subscriptions to leading wellbeing platforms (and lots more in between)
