I am looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. This role will be responsible for owning the product marketing efforts for our data-related product investments, including the new Customer.io Data Pipelines (CDP) product.
You will uncover and leverage deep insights into the ideal customer profile, the competitive landscape, and key market trends to develop core messaging for CDP to our target audiences and use our data capabilities to help position Customer.io as a market leader in the Customer Engagement Platform category across targeted verticals. You will collaborate closely with sales, CX, and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing plans that help our customer-facing teams explain why our products offer the best solutions in the market.

Some things you'll do
- Develop compelling product messaging and positioning for Customer.io Data Pipelines and related data use cases that resonate with our target audiences
- Develop and execute product launch plans that create awareness for our new data-specific investments and drive consideration/intent with our target personas
- Create and execute product marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention for our data-specific use cases
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target customers, their needs, pain points, and motivations to inform audience and persona frameworks and support content strategy, demand, and conversion programs
- Partner with product management to influence product roadmaps and prioritize feature development based on real-time customer feedback and primary/secondary research on our core competitors
- Partner with our GTM PMMs to create and maintain marketing collateral (including product one-pagers, pitch decks, FAQs, etc) that align with our core messaging
- 3-7 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS. Also, a proven track record of supporting fast-moving product teams
- 3+ years of experience working in fast-growing start-up environments where a growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement are valued

We are offering a starting salary of $150,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
