POSITION PROFILE
Current Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Experience Digital who is a main day-to-day Client on one of our largest integrated accounts. The ideal candidate will be overseeing the digital client management and strategy across some of our top clients by managing the planning and implementation of impactful social media programs. This position requires deep knowledge of digital and social platforms, experience working as part of integrated marketing/inter-agency teams, as well as the ability to develop and present strategic programs derived from research and analytics.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primarily involved in the day-to-day operations of all aspects of client(s) digital work, managing deliverables, conducting partnerships with other agencies and vendors, liaising with clients
  • Work as part of an integrated media team, translating earned ideas into actionable social plans
  • Lead a team of community managers on social issue escalation and response
  • Deep understanding of social channel and influencer strategies and ability to work with creative teams to see through execution/launch
  • Drive the development digital analytics reporting and analysis – gleaning insights that support organic account growth
  • Stay abreast of industry news and innovative social/digital platforms and outlets, translating the potential to clients and the broader team
  • Manage social media project execution to ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Educate clients about strategic benefits of social media opportunities
  • Contribute to work plan of junior team members and oversee their work

 

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • 7-8 years’ experience at an agency or corporate in-house (social media experience required)
  • Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills that are clear, concise and direct, with a keen attention to detail
  • Integrated skillset that combines digital, integrated media, content creation and social media expertise
  • Experience with analytics and research platforms
  • Proficiency with major social media and online tools
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; applicant must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently and interdependently
  • Excellent time and project management skills
