Roles

Media/KOL:

Act as a daily contact for our clients' media. Proactively track media opportunities and recommend internally/to client.

Demonstrate good knowledge of and familiarity with media pitching 

Review consumer, trade and/or business media and data searches for client-related activity and information. Draw conclusions based on coverage

Compose basic media plans and contribute to plan development processes as needed

Media co-op content draft, planning and execution

 

Content:

Draft pitch letters, abstracts, profiles, press kit materials, speeches, features and releases

Media co-op content draft, planning and execution

Draft briefing books and media Q&As

Proof and edit client related documents as needed

 

Client:

Serve as day-to-day contact for clients

Participate in client meetings and presentations

Work with client on tactical issues

Manage client supplies, publications and resources materials

 

Project:

Contribute to project planning and management by researching budgets; managing timelines; attending brainstorms and managing vendor relationships

 

Team Participation:

Actively participate in agency development and assist with new business

Continually communicate with manager

 

Competency

Degree Qualifications in a related discipline, has a dedicated passion for communication industry

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Fluent in written & spoken English

Minimum 2 years agency experience or equivalent ability to

Has a strong sense of ownership and responsibility

Quick and eager to learn

Attention to detail

Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) skill
