We’re a tight-knit team in sunny Hayes Valley and we’re looking for somebody who loves scaling new and old channels and crunching data as much as we do.
In this role you’ll:
Lead and align cross-functional partners within the marketing team, such as engineers, data engineers, and data scientists to develop internal tooling and marketing infrastructure
Coordinate engineers working on the design, development and scaling of data pipelines (currently using Airflow and Redshift)
Communicate priorities and timelines to marketing leadership and wider team
Align the platform data engineering team with the marketing data engineering team in order to implement new tools and features on the backend
Research and implement improvements and process changes to improve the reliability and robustness of our marketing infrastructure and data pipelines
What we’re looking for
3+ years of product management OR some engineering experience with at least 2 years of product management experience
Technically inclined and can get into the weeds of engineering problems to understand the pros and cons of different solutions
Can bring people together to make it happen. Energy and creativity are key characteristics that describe you and the projects you lead
Ability to think from a systems perspective and understand how components within a system interact with each other
Prior experience in data engineering a plus
Prior experience in SaaS or IaaS UX a plus
Prior experience with performance marketing and web analytics a plus
