In the Brand Campaign Marketing role, you are a creative force to be reckoned with! You will define Curology’s brand campaign strategy and creative vision and lead execution to grow brand awareness and love.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be a tastemaker and develop brand campaigns that keep Curology at the forefront of a changing cultural landscape
  • Strategize on how to raise brand awareness through attention grabbing campaigns some obvious, some not so obvious in a buzzworthy and unconventional way
  • Create mechanisms to clearly communicate strategic vision to in-house creative team and facilitate the translation of that vision into winning creative concepts
  • Ruthlessly prioritize campaign cadence and modify scope to amplify brand awareness and love while staying true to the brand’s core values
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house creative talent to innovate and evolve past and existing programs through a 360 campaign lense
  • Passionate about disrupting and hacking your way through organic upper funnel channels (PR, OOH, experiential, etc.) to drive business objectives
  • “Hustle” in leading projects, problem-solving, and resource management to maximize ROI

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing and launching brand campaigns
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field
  • Ideally have background working at a creative agency or in-house campaign role
